Highlights of best fights in FULL CONTACT KARATE (some scenes are also from taekwondo) Some fights in Full contact Karate employ the helmet because they allow KO to face; not using the gloves (just a bandage) and doing fists conditioning (breaking boards etc..) u need the helmet for obvious reasons of safety (avoid people to get seriously injured!!)
